Course Description:
PMI’s Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) credential is a response to the increasing demand of specialized expertise managing complex projects. Globally recognized, the PMI-RMP® credential demonstrates that you have the experience, education and competency to successfully lead and direct risk management activities within the projects.
The ITpreneurs 30-hour, classroom PMI-RMP® Exam Preparation course provides a high quality training program that prepares candidates to both pass the PMI-RMP® exam, as well as teaches how to apply risk management in real life.
This classroom course is aimed at people who work, or would like to work as a project risk manager on a daily basis and would like to achieve the PMI-RMP® Certification. Specifically, this course is for project managers who want to master the Risk Management framework within the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK®). Mastering the course will enable learners to apply risk management processes, tools & techniques and practices to daily life, work and most importantly when managing projects.
At the end of this course, you will be able to take the exam and at the same time know how to apply your risk management knowledge in practice in the position of a project risk management professional.

- Understand the risk concepts of qualitative and quantitative risk tools & techniques along with other factors such as prioritization
- Be fully prepared to take and pass the PMI-RMP®
Prerequisites:
There are no formal prerequisites for participating in the PMI-RMP® Exam Preparation course, however there are specific prerequisites to take the PMI-RMP® exam.
Eligibility requirements for taking the exam is based on:

This course provides 30 contact hours for the exam.
All project risk management experience must have been accrued within the last five consecutive years prior to the application.
